Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is taking part in the second International Forum of Strategic Partners titled “Kazakhstan - A Territory of Academic Knowledge”, held in the capital city of Astana.
The event gathered leaders of top global universities and representatives of international ranking and accreditation agencies, underscoring Kazakhstan’s growing role in global higher education, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
Among the participants are Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), MGIMO, Beijing Language and Culture University, Cardiff University, Woosong University, MEPhI, and Minerva University, among others.
The forum aims to strengthen academic cooperation, promote innovation and quality education, and showcase Kazakhstan as an emerging hub of intellectual and scientific collaboration.
Earlier, President Tokayev also attended the Open Table Tennis Cup of the President of Kazakhstan, highlighting his continued support for both education and sports development in the country.
