Kazakhstan Opens One-Stop Investment Hub to Attract Global Capital

Kazakhstan has opened a new joint front office at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) in a strategic move to enhance its investment climate and attract international capital.

Located within the AIFC Expat Centre, the facility is designed to streamline access to essential government services for foreign investors and expatriates, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kazakh media.

The initiative is a collaboration between the Investment Committee of the Foreign Ministry and Kazakh Invest. It aims to serve as a centralized hub, delivering comprehensive, English-language support to international investors and professionals doing business in Kazakhstan.

Services offered include visa and migration assistance, investment contract consultations, guidance on long-term residence permits such as the “golden visa,” and expert advice on regulatory procedures and government incentives.

Gabidulla Ospankulov, Chairman of the Investment Committee, emphasized the importance of the project: “The AIFC Expat Centre is the perfect platform to integrate vital government services for investors. Through this joint front office with Kazakh Invest, we’re offering faster, more accessible support-from visa processing to strategic investment planning-making Kazakhstan an easier place to invest and grow.”

The new front office aligns with the government’s broader efforts to create a more transparent and investor-friendly business environment by reducing bureaucratic barriers and centralizing key public services.

Housed within the AIFC, a leading regional financial hub, the initiative reflects Kazakhstan’s long-term vision to position itself as a destination of choice for international investors seeking stability, clarity, and support throughout the investment lifecycle.
