On November 6, US President Donald Trump will hold one-on-one meetings with the presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan at the White House.
The high-level C5+1 Summit will focus on expanding US-Central Asia cooperation, with leaders expected to deliver joint statements and discuss opportunities in trade, security, energy, and digital transformation, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
Central Asian delegations have already arrived in the US capital ahead of the event.
Marking the 10th anniversary of the C5+1 format, a business conference will also take place at The REACH at the Kennedy Center. The program will feature multiple sessions dedicated to cooperation in transport corridors, supply chains, critical minerals, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
As part of Kazakhstan’s official delegation, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of AI and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev will attend the conference and related discussions.
Earlier, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed gratitude to President Trump for the invitation, emphasizing Kazakhstan’s commitment to strengthening the Central Asia-US strategic partnership.
